James Lozan was charged by bill of information with the crime of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. Defendant waived trial by jury and elected to be tried by the court. After trial, the judge found him guilty as charged and sentenced him to serve six years at hard labor with credit given toward service of his sentence for time spent in actual custody prior to imposition of sentence.
