In this diversity action, Henrietta Randle, a citizen of Bolivar County, Mississippi, plaintiff, sues Continental Casualty Company, an Illinois corporation, defendant, as the wife and beneficiary of Monroe Randle, in a $100,000 accidental death policy issued to Monroe Randle under a group plan as an employee of Baxter Laboratories.
