COCHRAN, Justice.

Defendant, William Louis Pierceall, was convicted by the trial court, sitting without a jury, of manufacturing or producing marijuana, possession of amphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine. For each of the four convictions, defendant was sentenced to fifteen years in the penitentiary with ten years suspended, conditioned upon his good behavior. The sentences were ordered...
