Following a jury trial in Winnebago County, the defendant was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to 5 to 10 years' imprisonment. He appeals.

The sole issue on appeal is whether the defendant was prejudiced and denied a fair trial by the State's failure to provide adequate discovery and to disclose prior to trial the fact that two fingerprints of the defendant were found...
