This appeal involves issues relating to a creditor's right to a deficiency judgment after repossession and sale of collateral. The trial court entered judgment for plaintiff Lloyd's Plan, Inc., in the amount of $3054.08 for the alleged deficiency owed by defendant Judith A. Brown on a note and security agreement.
