The plaintiffs are the owners of the west half of Section 32, Township 11 North, Range 3 East of the 6th P.M., in Seward County, Nebraska. This proceeding was commenced in 1974 by the defendant, City of Seward, to condemn a clear zone easement over a 2.32 acre tract in the southeast corner of the plaintiffs' property for airport purposes.
