Patricia J. Patterson, plaintiff, appeals from an order entered pursuant to the Kansas Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA), K.S.A. 23-451, et seq.

Plaintiff and her husband, Edward Patterson, were divorced in Texas in July, 1975. Defendant was ordered to pay child support for their minor child and was granted visitation rights. Though plaintiff wife still resides in Texas, the defendant husband now resides in Seward County...
