This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment determining the priority of liens on a mobile home and ordering a sale thereof to satisfy such liens. The plaintiff Bertha Reimer owned and operated a trailer park. The mobile home in question was purchased by Marian Kramer, now deceased, who located the mobile home in the trailer park under authority of an oral lease calling for monthly rent payments....
