Appellant Merilee Dawn Hoover brought this action under the provisions of the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act [URESA], Section 20-7-110, et seq., 1976 Code of Laws of South Carolina against respondent Herbert Lynwood Hoover, Jr. for support for herself and the parties' two infant children.
