This is an appeal from an order in an adoption proceeding dispensing with the consent of the natural father of Todd Gargan. We affirm.

Todd Gargan was born in Snohomish County on June 5, 1964. His parents were divorced October 2, 1968, in the same county. By the decree of divorce custody was given to his mother.
