This is a suit for damages for personal injuries suffered by Janis Phelps Alfonso and Sandra Serigne Alfonso when they fell or were thrown from the horses which they were riding at Money Hill Plantation. Plaintiffs are the two injured parties and their husbands, Vernon Alfonso and Ralph Alfonso. Defendants are Money Hill Plantation, Inc. and Market Facilities of Houston, Inc., its insurer.
