Plaintiff, Barbara J. Lumpkin, appeals from the Superior Court's dismissal for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm the trial court.

On October 7, 1974, appellant was promoted from a case worker III position within the Department of Social and Health Services, to a position of management intern II within the same agency. An employee's promotion within the agency is subject to a 6-month trial service period...
