Defendant, a single mother of five children, apparently embarked on the sea of parenthood without a paddle, for a quintet of daughters, Laverne, Juanita, Donza, Annette and Kiona, during the summer of 1977, terrorized the 1600 block of Market Street, Harrisburg, resulting in the mother's arrest for and conviction of maintaining a public nuisance, which verdict is challenged by a motion in arrest of judgment.
