This is an appeal pursuant to the Workmen's Compensation Act, Section 42-1-10, et seq., of the 1976 Code. The Single Commissioner, Full Commission, and Circuit Court resolved all issues against the employer-appellant. It is axiomatic that the Commission is the fact finder in Workmen's Compensation cases.
