The plaintiff, Maggie S. MacLeod, appeals an order of the Superior Court, Lincoln County, dismissing this action brought against her former husband, Walter E. MacLeod.

We sustain the appeal. We hold that the Superior Court erred in granting defendant's motion to dismiss on the ground of forum non conveniens. We do grant the defendant, however, relief from having to defend Mrs. MacLeod's suit in Maine. We direct the Superior...
