Appellant Westhoven began work with a new employer just prior to the issuance to it of a group policy of health and accident disability insurance by New England Mutual Life Insurance Company (appellee). Shortly thereafter Mr. Westhoven suffered heart attacks and claimed entitlement to the policy benefits.
