POMEROY, Justice.

Appellant Mary Catlin was convicted by a jury on August 29, 1977 of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 353. Judgment was entered on September 30. Appellant's timely appeal followed.

We deny the appeal.
