Appellant is one of three persons found guilty by a jury of burglary1 and larceny.2 In this appeal he claims as error the trial court's refusal to suppress identification testimony, and its imposition of maximum sentences for the two offenses.3 Finding, after our review, no error requiring reversal, we affirm.
