Kerley and others, citizens and taxpayers of the City of Hattiesburg, Forrest and Lamar Counties, have appealed from a decree of the Chancery Court of Forrest County validating $15,000,000 in hospital revenue bonds ordered issued and sold by the City of Hattiesburg under resolution adopted by its governing body on September 28, 1977.
