MITCHELL, Judge.

The defendant first assigns as error the trial court's actions in sustaining the State's objections to two of his questions to prospective jurors during jury selection. The defendant asked one prospective juror: "[I]f you are firmly convinced the defendant was not guilty, would you permit anything to change your mind or influence you in your decision as to how to vote?"
