YETKA, Justice.

Appeal by defendants from an order of the Steele County District Court denying a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial. The jury found that the defendants had used fraud or misrepresentation in the purchase of plaintiff's trailer court and its subsequent resale. The jury awarded compensatory damages of $12,500 and punitive damages of $1,675. We affirm.
