OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

This is a will contest. Appellant sought to probate decedent's will of March 12, 1971. The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law holding that the will was destroyed by the decedent with an intent to revoke and decedent therefore died intestate. Appellant contends the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law were not supported by the evidence. We do not agree.
