PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant's conviction. However, we remand the case for the trial court to correct the Uniform Commitment to Custody form. The phrase "Jail Credit Since 10/27/78" should be changed to read "Jail Credit Since 10/27/77." Appellant need not be present for this purpose.
