PER CURIAM.

The Wayne County Prosecutor, in a complaint for superintending control,1 seeks relief from a series of orders which set aside bond forfeitures and remitted bail in 10 criminal cases in Detroit Recorder's Court. The prosecutor alleges that in these 10 cases various Recorder's Court judges other than Clarence Laster, Jr. and James Del Rio ordered the forfeiture of surety bonds after the individual defendants failed to appear...
