By an indictment returned on September 13, 1976 to the Superior Court (Androscoggin County) defendant Nathaniel M. Hathorne was charged with having committed the crime of terrorizing, in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 210. Tried before a jury, defendant was found guilty as charged.
