PER CURIAM:

On August 15, 1973, seven individuals were each indicted by a grand jury on twenty-three counts of murder, assault, robbery, burglary, and conspiracy to commit the substantive offenses.1 The charges arose out of events culminating in the deaths of seven persons at 7700 16th Street, N.W., on January 18, 1973.
