What fees, if any, may be charged by a county board of commissioners for the copying of the entire tract index maintained by the county pursuant to MCL 53.141; MSA 5.1001? On July 25, 1977, the trial court, sitting without a jury, held that a monthly fee of $600 set by the board of commissioners was reasonable. Plaintiff appeals of right.
