PER CURIAM.

Defendant was arraigned on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. A plea bargain was reached whereby defendant agreed to plead guilty to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct provided that the maximum sentence the court could impose would be 15 years. On January 10, 1977, the court took the guilty plea under advisement.
