This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under RSA 612:10 contesting the proposed extradition of the plaintiff to the State of Utah. The plaintiff raised the issue of whether he was the person named in the requisition papers. At the hearing on plaintiff's petition, the State introduced the requisition papers from Utah. The papers identified the plaintiff by name and birth date, and gave the date and place of the offense...
