This appeal is from a final divorce decree. The appellant, Daniel L. Roberts, petitioned the Circuit Court of Madison County for a divorce from the appellee, Nell D. Roberts on the ground of incompatibility of temperament. Mrs. Roberts filed a counterclaim in which she also sought a divorce on the ground of incompatibility of temperament.
