NEELY, Justice:

In this original habeas corpus proceeding the petitioner, Frank E. Fisher, challenges on due process and equal protection grounds both the disciplinary procedures at the Huttonsville Correctional Center and the State's failure to provide him the records needed to perfect an appeal from his conviction in the Circuit Court of Taylor County of the crime of breaking and entering. We find petitioner asserts no grounds for relief.
