Irving Kessler sued Dudley Gray, an attorney, for professional negligence. Gray admitted negligence in failing to bring a cross-complaint filed by Kessler against Milton Koomer and Joel Bressel to trial within the required period so that the cross-complaint was dismissed for want of prosecution.
