OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, August 25, 1978:

Allen Cohen (Cohen) was under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) by virtue of a sentence from the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, on November 14, 1973, to serve not less than 9 months nor more than 10 years following his entry of a plea of guilty to aggravated robbery. The sentence was to be computed from April 14, 1973. Cohen was paroled on January 29, 1975 and was arrested...
