Paul J. Moss, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, died testate on June 24, 1976. He was survived by his widow, Roma Moss, and a daughter from a previous marriage, Julie Ann Stueven. His will, which was admitted to probate, devised and bequeathed all his property to his daughter. The widow filed an election to take her statutory share of the estate. The daughter filed objections to the election, alleging that the widow's right to a statutory share...
