TAYLOR, P.J.

Conservatee, Arthur Buchanan, appeals from an order entered on a jury verdict finding him "gravely disabled," as defined in Welfare and Institutions Code section 5008, subdivision (h),1 and the appointment of the public guardian as his conservator, pursuant to section 5350,2 with powers of hospitalization, pursuant to section 5358.3
