This is a suit for damages arising from a collision between an automobile operated by plaintiff Nell W. Cason and a street sweeper owned by defendant Columbus, Georgia, operated by defendant Laney. Plaintiff's complaint as amended alleged negligence and that the manner in which defendant Columbus, Georgia routinely operated its street sweepers constituted a nuisance which resulted in her injuries.
