Initially, appellant takes issue with the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress his inculpatory statement. Counsel for appellant argues that the statement was the product of an unlawful in-custody interrogation. It is not denied that appellant was advised of his constitutional rights to remain silent and to be represented by counsel, as required by Miranda v. Arizona (1966),
