MR. JUSTICE GOLDENHERSH delivered the opinion of the court:

Holding that it was not filed within the time provided in the statute (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, par. 138.19(h)) the Industrial Commission dismissed the petition filed by petitioner, Lester Greenway, to review an award entered on December 28, 1973. On certiorari the circuit court of Peoria County confirmed the order and petitioner appealed
