This is an appeal from the Baltimore City Court ordering the extradition of appellant, Gilbert Lawrence Clark, to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. At the hearing below, appellant testified that he was in Baltimore and not in Pennsylvania on the date the crimes for which he was charged were committed.
