Success Village Apartments, Inc., the employer, filed a petition with the Superior Court pursuant to the provisions of § 31-109 (d) of the General Statutes to set aside a decision of the Connecticut state board of labor relations ordering the employer to bargain with Local 376, UAW, United Automobile Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America.
