The defendant, Gary Carson, was convicted of possession of heroin after trial on stipulated facts. He appeals, contending that his motion to suppress should have been granted by the trial court. Carson claims that the heroin seized by narcotics officers was obtained as a result of an uninvited entry which was in violation of statutory and state and federal constitutional prohibitions against unreasonable search and seizure, and that no exigent circumstances...
