Plaintiff, Ruth Olson, sought an order from the circuit court of Henderson County requiring the circuit clerk, as a trustee, to continue making monthly alimony payments to plaintiff. The monies deposited with the circuit clerk as trustee were the result of a settlement agreement between plaintiff and her husband, Arthur Olson, now deceased.
