By this appeal, Albert and Ethel Williams, husband and wife, challenge the trial court's attempted enforcement of a stipulation made in open court purportedly to effect a compromise and settlement of an action filed by Herbert L. and Margaret Gaskill, husband and wife, against the City of Mercer Island and Mr. and Mrs. Williams.
