This is an appeal from convictions for one count of aggravated burglary (K.S.A. 21-3716), one count of burglary (K.S.A. 21-3715), one count of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427), one count of aggravated assault (K.S.A. 21-3410), and three counts of attempted murder (K.S.A. 21-3301 and K.S.A. 21-3401).
