NELSON, Judge.

Appellant Dr. Enrique Scappatura's hospital privileges were temporarily suspended, pending a full investigation, as the result of numerous complaints concerning the care of a patient of his who expired shortly after surgery. After a full hearing, appellant's privileges were reinstated with various restrictions and conditions. Appellant brought suit to recover damages for his alleged wrongful suspension from the appellees, Baptist Hospital...
