This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for Douglas County which reversed a decision of the Nebraska Appeal Tribunal, Department of Labor, State of Nebraska, entered on October 8, 1976. The Nebraska Appeal Tribunal had dismissed the appeal of the plaintiff Parson from a deputy's determination that the plaintiff was not currently entitled to unemployment compensation.
