Marcus, is appealing from a judgment awarding damages with interest in an action for money claimed to be due to the plaintiff, his former wife, under the terms of a separation agreement. The parties married in 1961 and had two children, born in 1967 and 1968. Sometime prior to March 4, 1971, the plaintiff commenced a divorce action in Connecticut.
