Fred Waugh is a licensed real estate salesman who was employed by Dunlap & Associates, Mr. Ed Dunlap, broker, in August of 1976. Dunlap & Associates had listed for sale the home of Mr. and Mrs. John McDonald, located in Raintree West subdivision, Hall County, Georgia.
