Fred Waugh is a licensed real estate salesman who was employed by Dunlap & Associates, Mr. Ed Dunlap, broker, in August of 1976. Dunlap & Associates had listed for sale the home of Mr. and Mrs. John McDonald, located in Raintree West subdivision, Hall County, Georgia. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Simmons became interested in purchasing the McDonald property and contacted Mr. Waugh, the salesman. They expressed a desire to purchase the property provided...
