This action for damage to the automobile of the plaintiff-appellant grew out of an incident occurring on Galbraith Road near the intersection of a street called Hollybrook, involving an automobile owned and operated by the defendant-appellee at a time when plaintiff's automobile was being operated by his 16 year old son. The trial court granted a so-called motion for directed verdict1 at the conclusion of plaintiff's case...
