On December 9, 1976, Jack Ross was convicted by a jury of receiving and concealing stolen property over the value of $100, contrary to MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803. On May 18, 1977, defendant was convicted by a jury as a third-time habitual offender, contrary to MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083. On June 16, 1977, defendant was sentenced to 6 to 10 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right.
